1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FastCore Hosting ("FastCore", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our hosting services, website, and Discord bot.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any FastCore service, you agree to these Terms in full. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided via our Discord server. Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Services Description

FastCore Hosting provides the following services:

• Game server hosting (Minecraft, SA-MP, MTA, FiveM, and others)
• Web server and VPS hosting services
• Discord bot for server management and ticket handling
• Pterodactyl Panel access for server administration
• DDoS protection and network security

3 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must:

• Be at least 13 years of age to use our services
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

• DDoS / Cyber Attacks: Using our infrastructure to launch attacks against other networks or services
• Malware Distribution: Hosting, distributing, or facilitating malicious software of any kind
• Spam: Sending unsolicited communications, phishing emails, or spam from our services
• Illegal Content: Storing or distributing content that violates applicable laws
• Resource Abuse: Consuming excessive resources that impact other users (beyond fair-use limits)
• Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials or reselling services without written permission
• Unauthorized Scanning: Port scanning, network probing, or security testing of other systems

5 Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosted services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via our Discord server.

We are not liable for outages caused by:

• Upstream datacenter or network provider failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, acts of government, etc.)
• Actions by the user that violate these Terms
• DDoS attacks exceeding our protection thresholds

6 Payment & Cancellation

All services are provided on a 100% prepaid basis. No contracts, no automatic renewals.

• Services run until the end of the paid period
• You may choose to renew up to 3 days before expiry
• If not renewed, the service is automatically and permanently deleted
• Refunds are not provided for unused service time or violation-based terminations

7 Intellectual Property

All FastCore branding, logos, website content, and software are the intellectual property of FastCore Hosting. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

You retain all rights to content you upload or create on your hosted servers. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastCore Hosting shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Third-party actions or content hosted on our infrastructure

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding 30 days.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• All your services will be immediately disabled
• Your data may be permanently deleted within 24 hours
• No refunds will be issued for violations-based terminations

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support via Discord.
