When you use FastCore Hosting, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Discord Account Data: When you authenticate via Discord OAuth2, we receive your Discord ID, username, email address, and avatar hash. We do not receive your Discord password.
- Usage Data: Server activity logs, ticket counts, command usage, and basic analytics to improve our services.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and session identifiers used for security and fraud prevention.
- Pterodactyl Panel Data: If you link your hosting account, we process your panel username and email to enable password management features.
2 How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
- Authenticating your identity and maintaining your login session
- Providing and improving our hosting services and Discord bot features
- Processing support tickets and responding to your inquiries
- Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and security threats
- Sending service-critical notifications (downtime, security alerts)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3 Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Europe. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Strict access controls — only authorized personnel can access user data
Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to report any suspected security issues immediately via our Discord.
4 Third-Party Services
FastCore integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Discord: Authentication provider. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
- Pterodactyl Panel: Game server management platform hosted on our infrastructure.
- Cloudflare: DDoS protection and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
5 Cookies & Sessions
We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. These cookies are:
- HTTP-only and cannot be accessed by JavaScript for security
- Automatically expired after 24 hours of inactivity
- Deleted when you click "Logout"
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
6 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our Discord server. We will respond within 30 days.
7 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specific retention periods:
- Session data: Deleted after 24 hours or on logout
- Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested
- Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes
- Ticket data: Reset daily (count only, no message content stored)
